Emotional Freedom Technique/Meridian Tapping

Saturdays, July 24, August 14 & 28 | 2 to 4 pm
Location: Rm #301, in The Learning Center
The daily hands-on practice of EFT and meridian tapping will empower you with a quick and efficient way to release current and past hurtful thought patterns. EFT and meridian tapping opens you up to new and constructive ways of expressing yourself, supports your meditation practice and enhances your ability to listen within.
Please bring to each class, ample drinking water, a pen and paper and what you aspire to achieve from the practice of EFT and Meridian Tapping. $10 per class. JOIN ANY OR ALL CLASSES.
Juanita Christy has studied and mastered the art of EFT for the past 4 years. She attended two EFT World Summits in 2009; has been meditating for 35 years and has hosted many spiritual groups in her home. Megan Gray M.A. has practiced EFT for 8 years and coached individuals and groups for 27 years.

During this course you will explore some of the fundamental Principles of Spiritual Law and how they can be applied to your life for greater love, health, and prosperity. By studying the quotes of prominent Unity writers, as well as specific metaphysical and theological views and commentary, you will be encouraged to awaken your awareness and understanding of spiritual Truth.Through the consistent use of these practical principles, you will realize more of your Spiritual Potential and find that your life is transformed! This class is ideal for those new to Unity or individuals looking for a Unity “refresher.” $15 per class.
Enneagram, Spirituality, Relationships

Find out what your ENNEAGRAM TYPE is while attending this workshop to learn more about personality. This experience offers insight into your personality traits and desires. We can learn more about how we appear to others with this wisdom and heal those parts of ourselves that keep us blocked from attaining wholeness in ourselves and our relationships. This knowledge allows one to better understand day to day patterns of behavior. With this awareness, growth and healing are available. $40 per class
Vision Mapping
Saturday, August 21, 10 am to 1 pm
Location: Friendship HallJoin Rev. Helen Hornaday as she shares how to use all your senses, including intuition to create your new vision-dream board setting the intention for what you are passionate about and what you really want. What we focus on we manifest. We'll be using pictures, textures, music and words and other processes for you to experience and express your visions and dreams. We'll have some supplies.
Bring your own paper scissors, a picture of yourself, objects that represent what you want and your intention so we can manifest your dreams and have fun. $25 per person.
