First Unity has an awesome party in store for Super Bowl 46 that you will definitely want to attend! Prior to kick off at 6:30 pm, we will have a chili cook-off (both meat and vegetarian) and during the game will be raffles for a wide variety of prizes. Better yet, we'll be raffling off not one - but two - flat screen TV's! Purchase your raffle tickets in Friendship Hall. Only 100 tickets will be sold, so your chances to win are high. One winner will be announced at half time, the other at the end of the game. Even if you're not a football fan, this social event is always a blast!
Want to participate in the chili cook-off? Be sure to sign up in Friendship Hall.
Snacks and soft drinks will be available at the party, but you may bring your own beverage of choice.
The First Unity of St. Petersburg Annual Membership Meeting will be held on Sunday, February 5 at 1:30 pm in the Sanctuary. Members and non-members are invited to attend.
"Canned/Boxed" Food Drive
Sundays, February 5, 12 & 19 Sanctuary Lobby / Friendship Hall
Our teens at First Unity are sponsoring a Food Drive. The food that we collect will be donated to local food banks who help feed the homeless and those in need as well as a local shelter. Most of these food banks and shelters are currently very low on food items due to the tremendous needs over the holidays. Please bring in any nonperishable foods and place them in the containers in the lobby of our Sanctuary and Friendship Hall.

In times such as these, with all the stresses we encounter in daily life, we need to have strong relationships with our loved ones and partners. In this class for couples only, we will explore the following relationship enhancing topics: What are the components of a healthy relationship? What are effective communication tools? How can we recognize resentments, fears and expectations? What are the rules for "fair fighting?" Other important topics will be examined as well. Please register online at unitycampus.org or at Information Station in Friendship Hall.
