Unity Fit
Denny Garland, Trainer
Saturdays beginning January 7, 9 am
On the campus grounds, love offering

“If the body-idea is grounded and rooted in Divine Mind, the body will be filled with a perpetual life flow that will repair all its imperfect parts and heal all its diseases.”  - Charles Fillmore, co-founder of Unity.

Now is the time to take charge of your life!  Did you make experiencing health and wholeness a part of your 2012 intentions?  Then join the "UnityFit" team under the direction of Denny Garland, certified trainer, and shape and form the substance of your life into what you want it to be.  UnityFit is open to adults of ALL fitness levels, and is NOT boot camp... it's a simple, proven process to expressing vibrant health.

In 2012 the First Unity community will release 7 tons of stored energy for others to use.  That's all fat is, stored energy.  And since energy is never lost - it simply changes form - why not give some of your excess to someone who might need it?

We figured the weight loss goal as follows:
700 of our 1200+ congregation losing 20 pounds each. One pound of fat has 3,500 calories.  So... 700 X 20 lbs  =  14,000 lbs  (or 7 tons)
or, put another way:
14,000 lbs  X 3,500 calories per lb = 49,000,000 calories.
A mere 49,000,000 calories!

Be sure to click on the UnityFit tab often at FirstUnity.org for inspired and inspiring ways to express the perpetual flow of life in your body!
