Y.O.U. is the Youth of Unity, the ninth through twelfth graders ages 14 through 18. They have sponsors instead of leaders or teachers. The sponsors' role is to guide, coach and facilitate spiritual self-discovery within the group and the group leaders, who are teens. Teen officers are selected for the ministries of prayer, prosperity, service & communication. The officers team up with the other members of the group to lead the lessons each Sunday. The goal is to give ownership and empowerment to the Y.O.U. leaders/officers in decision-making, ministering to each other, and responsibility for their own spiritual growth.

Retreats and rallies occur four times each year for eligible Y.O.U.ers. There are spring and fall weekend Southeast regional rallies in central Florida; a week-long summer “connection” in North Carolina; and a week-long summer international conference at Unity Village. Paperwork, Y.O.U. group attendance, service, and fundraising are requirements for attending these events.
