Awaken Yourself, Awaken the World
First Unity Spiritual Campus consists of the following individuals: seekers, artists, healers, and spiritually social activists.
We are a spiritual community who welcomes all. We teach a positive, practical, and progressive approach to spirituality. Our spiritual campus features a spiritual education program, a prayer ministry, a bookstore, support groups and a variety of events, activities, and classes throughout the week.
Getting involved at First Unity Spiritual Campus can happen in many ways, but your first steps into understanding Unity as a way of life is to explore and apply Unity teachings based on your own spiritual understanding.
“We inspire, ignite, and invigorate ourselves to pave our spiritual path.
We envision a world that gives, embraces, embodies, and expresses Unity.”
– Our Mission and Vision, First Unity Spiritual Campus
The Five Basic Principles
- God is the source and creator of all. God is good and present everywhere.
- We are spiritual beings, created in God’s image. The spirit of God lives within each person; therefore, all people are inherently good.
- We create our life experiences through our way of thinking.
- There is power in affirmative prayer, which we believe increases our connection to God.
- We live these principles through our words, thoughts and actions. Our life is our message.
Attend at least four services to give you a clear overview of our community and our value in modeling Unity through self responsibility and social action. Weekly services include: Sunday Celebration services at 9:30 & 11:30 am, and Wednesday Meditation & Healing Service at 6 pm.
Spiritual leaders all agree that the most involved people on the planet are the most evolved.
Our ongoing classes and workshops will help you deepen and enrich your spiritual experience, as part of a spiritual community of sincere, dedicated and open-minded individuals who share the truth of your innermost divine nature. Many classes are offered for you to expand the mental, emotional, spiritual and physical aspects of your being.
Sunday celebrations are awesome within a spiritual community, yet it is in the classroom environment that we have hands-on experience with truth teachings; we meet new people who view us in unique and different ways; and we make friends that can last for a lifetime.
Another great way to meet great people in the community and be of service by volunteering. Your level of involvement is up to you – we appreciate each and every one of our volunteers. Without them we would not be able to do all that we can for our congregation, our church and our community.Volunteer!
