Join Rev. Kimberley Harrell for ‘Introduction to Earthing and Grounding’ and reconnect to the Earth’s healing energy.
“Growing up in the Appalachian Mountains, my summers were spent running all over the farm barefoot. I was well grounded, LOL. In today’s world we find ourselves in shoes 98% of the time, serving as a constant barrier between us and the Earth. We have to make a conscious effort to get back to nature, back to good health, back to being Happy and Healthy.” – Rev. Kimberley Harrell
This class will give you some tips and helpful ways to get back to nature, be more grounded in your everyday life. As humans we evolved in connection with the Earth’s energy. Our Ancestors walked this Earth with bare feet, they slept on the ground, in contact with Earth every day of their lives. The knew that Mother Earth contained limitless, natural, healing energy and they were connected to her. Have we evolved ? Is our way better? As a people we no longer walk around barefoot as our main mode of travel. We live indoors, we spend most of our time inside. When we do go outside we wear rubber soled shoes which prevent our feet from being able to absorb the Earth’s subtle energy. Rubber is not conductive, but our bodies are!
So here we find ourselves. ‘Civilized’ and ‘Advanced’ in a modern world, but disconnected from a primal, powerful source of energy and healing. I’m going to get technical here ….. the Earth is basically a six sextillion (that’s a six followed by twenty-one zeroes) metric ton battery that is continually being replenished by solar radiation, lightning, and heat from its deep-down molten core. The natural rhythmic pulsations of energy flowing through and emanating from the surface of the Earth keep the biological machinery and global life running in rhythm and balance-and that includes you! Unfortunately, we live like cut flowers, detached from the nourishing Earth energy. Earthing, or grounding, is simply reconnecting to Mother Earth’s healing energy.
