On a fundamental level, all of us hold a deep commitment toward care and concern for others and ourselves. But when we apply that intention in our daily lives, we all have room to grow! Sometimes we get hung up in our story. Sometimes we fall into judgment. Other times the inner critic takes over. And sometimes we just hope for less suffering and more ease. Sound familiar?

Every Mindful Hour session of meditation, weekly topic, and audience Q&A will come with abundant opportunity to practice Mindfulness, as well as the warmth of new Compassion and Self-Compassion skills and insights. Every week will hold something new for all who attend, along with practical tools, backed by research, to help cultivate greater well-being right now.

Brett Cobb of Compassionate Tampa Bay is a leading regional teacher certified with the Center for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education at Stanford University School of Medicine. He recently relocated to St. Petersburg after eight years on the senior staff of Omega Institute, in Rhinebeck, NY.
